By using iheartimg, you agree to the terms below. They're short, because we're not trying to hide anything.

1. The service

iheartimg provides free, browser-based image tools. There is no account, no payment, and no service-level agreement. We do our best to keep the site running, but we make no guarantees about uptime or availability.

2. Your content

You keep full ownership of every image you process. Since files never leave your device, we never take any rights over your content — we simply don't have access to it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use iheartimg to process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Beyond that, we don't impose restrictions. You are welcome to use the tools for personal, commercial, or educational purposes.

4. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the output will meet your requirements, that the tools will work on every device, or that the AI models will produce perfect results. Image processing is inherently a best-effort operation.

In particular, background removal and any AI-assisted features are the result of statistical models. Their outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, and you should not rely on them for tasks where precision is critical.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iheartimg and its operators are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the site. This includes loss of data, loss of profit, or any other loss connected to the use or inability to use the tools.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site is operated. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
